oil\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Warbird Thunder typically arrives the afternoon prior to rehearsal day and departs after the airshow\u00a0<u>if weather and daylight permit.\u00a0<\/u> Otherwise, departure is Flights:<\/strong><\/p><p>The\u00a0flight\u00a0allows the participant to be exposed to formation\u00a0flight\u00a0in a historic WWII era SNJ\/T-6 Texan aircraft.\u00a0\u00a0If desired, a loop and roll can be performed.\u00a0\u00a0The goal is an enjoyable and memorable\u00a0flight; we don\u2019t want to \u201coverdo\u201d anything- smooth and gentle is good.<\/p><p><strong>Duration:<\/strong>\u00a0 The flight duration (wheels off the ground to wheels on the ground) is approximately 15 minutes.\u00a0\u00a0The entire evolution (climbing in, engine start, taxi out, takeoff, flight, return, taxi in, deplane and post flight pictures) is approximately 1 hour excluding the safety briefing.<\/p><p><strong>Required Safety Briefing:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0A safety briefing is required.\u00a0\u00a0The briefing will include aircraft safety, how to enter and exit the airplane, cockpit safety, communications utilizing a headset and intercom system, canopy operation, emergency procedures and use of the parachute.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>This briefing is approximately 20 minutes in duration. \u00a0<em>It is preferable to have everyone present for the safety briefing to minimize lost time.<\/em><\/p><p><strong>Physical Fitness:<\/strong>\u00a0 The rider should be of average physical fitness and between 110lbs-220 lbs.\u00a0\u00a0Entering and exiting the aircraft requires some flexibility and balance (we have ground personnel to assist).\u00a0\u00a0The rider should be flexible enough to twist their torso sideways to open and close the sliding canopy and be able to follow directions.<\/p><p><strong>Clothing:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Long pants and closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops) are mandatory.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"elementToProof\">\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acbb1b3 e-flex e-con-boxed
